Get involved with your Chamber.

Chamber Ambassadors act as goodwill ambassadors for the Chamber. They assist the Chamber in recruiting and retaining members and providing event support. They participate in ribbon cuttings, grand openings, milestone awards and special events promoting goodwill, understanding and exposure of the Lake City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Quarterly luncheon meetings and site tours for the Manufacturing and Large Employers group are organized by a partnership between the Chamber and the Lake City Economic Development Authority. Round table topics include: developing leadership potential in the labor force, collaboration with the school district, business ethics and finance, strategies for lowering expenses to sustain profitability and much more.

The Lake City Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to helping its members cut costs and save money whenever possible in support of their business success. Chamber membership provides access to exclusive discounts from fellow member businesses and encourages members to do business with each other while increasing exposure of the issuing member. By taking advantage of these discounts, members see an immediate return on their membership investment!

Lake City’s largest festival celebrates the invention of water skiing in Lake City. The Water Ski Days committee coordinates entertainment, the grand parade, the arts & crafts fair, and other event logistics, and develops promotional and advertising strategies to create a unique and cohesive tourism event.

Water Ski Days is held annually on the last full weekend of June.

We hope Lake City can have another great celebration in 2017!  The community needs to raise a minimum of $8,500 for the fireworks (normal show is $10,500.00).

Sponsors will be recognized in The Graphic.  Donations of $500+ receive logo recognition.

The fireworks would not be possible without donations from local businesses and community members.  Please consider contributing towards Lake City’s amazing firework display.

If you would like to contribute to the fireworks fund, please fill out the information below and return it to the Chamber office.
