The walleae/sauger bite on Lake Pepin has really slowed in the past couple of weeks, you can still catch a few fish but you are going to have to work for them. The good news is that the panfish bite has really taken off and good catches of crappie, big gills and jumbo perch are being caught by those fishing for them. The channel cat bite is also very productive right now with lots of fish from 2 to 10 lbs being caught.
