Andrea Chapman, Executive Director
The Lake City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors named Andrea Chapman Executive Director in August of 2014. She had been Events Coordinator at the Chamber since 2011.
For 15 years, Andrea was CFO of a manufacturing company in Minneapolis. She has worked as a journalist at a daily newspaper outside of Chicago and a gubernatorial campaign Deputy Finance Director during a career in Colorado state politics.
Andrea is an active community volunteer and public servant. She was elected to the Lake City School Board in 2005 and served for five years. She is a former Chair of the Board of the Goodhue County Historical Society and Museum and the Lake City Education Foundation. A Steering Committee member of Step Forward, she helped bring the Blandin Foundation Community Leadership Program to established and emerging leaders in our area. She was appointed to the Frontenac Heritage Preservation Commission three times, serving a total of nine years. She is a founding contributor to the Lake City Area Community Foundation.
Andrea is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BA in English.
Kelli Morgen, Events Coordinator
Kelli Morgen has been the Events Coordinator for the Lake City Chamber of Commerce since January of 2015.
During the past 10 years, Kelli has pursued her passion for tourism by working in various hospitality and transportation fields. Most recently, she was the Group Sales Coordinator for the Red Wing Visitor & Convention Bureau and enjoyed focusing on preserving and strengthening local businesses with positive economic impacts.
